Launch8 provides technology consulting, development, and strategic services to startups. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

All deliverables created by Launch8 shall be the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

4. Confidentiality

Launch8 commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information and project details shared during the engagement.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including rates and schedules, will be specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

Launch8's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Modifications

Launch8 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
